Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product in our lineup—from Bows and Crossbows to Arrows & Broadheads and Critical Accessories. However, we recognize that sometimes an item may not be the right fit for your archery discipline or hunting needs.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Review Eligibility (Within 15 Days)

Ensure your item meets these criteria:

• Purchased directly from beararcherystore.com
• Return request initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Item is unused, in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, manuals, and all accessories included
• Proof of purchase (order number) available

Step 2: Contact Our Customer Service Team

Do not ship items back without authorization. Please contact us first to initiate the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures your return is processed quickly and accurately.

Step 4: Package and Ship Your Return

Once you receive your RMA number and instructions:

1. Securely package the item in its original packaging
2. Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with it
3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box
4. Ship to the address provided in your instructions
5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt

Step 5: Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
• Refund timeline: 5-10 business days after approval to appear in your original payment account
• Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Exchange items will be shipped via your preferred shipping method (standard or free shipping if eligible)

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene for our global archery community, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• Opened or Used Archery Consumables:
  • Fixed Broadheads & Mechanical Broadheads (once opened from original packaging)
  • Points & Shafts that show signs of use or customization
  • Arrow Systems with any signs of dry firing or impact
• Personalized or Custom-Ordered Equipment
• Items Damaged Due to Improper Use or Modification
• Gift Cards (non-refundable)

Defective items: If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including return shipping.

International Returns (Global Archery Community)

For our archers outside the United States (serving most regions globally, with limited exceptions in certain Asian countries and remote regions):

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
• Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
• Refunds will be issued in US Dollars; exchange rates may affect the final amount in your local currency
