Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Review Eligibility (Within 15 Days)

Ensure your item meets these criteria:

  • Return request initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, manuals, and all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) available

Step 2: Contact Our Customer Service Team

Do not ship items back without authorization. Please contact us first to initiate the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures your return is processed quickly and accurately.

Step 4: Package and Ship Your Return

Once you receive your RMA number and instructions:

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box
  • Ship to the address provided in your instructions
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Step 5: Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund timeline: 5-10 business days after approval to appear in your original payment account
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchange items will be shipped via your preferred shipping method

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene for our global archery community, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Opened or Used Archery Consumables:
    • Fixed Broadheads & Mechanical Broadheads (once opened from original packaging)
    • Points & Shafts that show signs of use or customization
  • Arrow Systems with any signs of dry firing or impact
  • Personalized or Custom-Ordered Equipment
  • Items Damaged Due to Improper Use or Modification
  • Gift Cards (non-refundable)
Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including return shipping.

International Returns

For our archers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars; exchange rates may affect the final amount in your local currency
