We strive to display product colors, specifications, and features as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your offer and formation of a contract occur when we ship the product(s) to you.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country, which are not included in the product or shipping price.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• International Orders: We ship globally with limited exceptions in certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The customer bears all risk of loss or damage once the carrier takes possession.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our commitment to precision extends to our customer service. Please refer to our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy for full instructions. Key terms include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
• Process: Contact customer service first for an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
• Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene, opened consumables (Broadheads, Points, Shafts), personalized items, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned unless defective.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bear Archery, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Any content obtained from the Site.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• The use, misuse, or failure of any archery product purchased from us, except as expressly stated in our warranty.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
